Michelle brings to Camelback Family Health Care over 30 years of experience as a health professional. While majority of those experiences was garnered in Family Practice, she also has extensive experience in Obsterics and Gynecology, Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Allergy and Asthma specialties. She worked for many different locations throughout her career including VA hospital in La Jolla California and Scripps Memorial Hospital in Encinitas California. Michelle got her start as a medical assistant right here in the valley working for two newly graduated physicians from Scottsdale. While she has extensive experience in these specialties, her true love still belongs in Family Medicine.

She enjoys watching families grow and develop through good and bad as being part of the family practice. No other specialties can offer that. To Michelle, there is no other joy than helping to treat babies that grow up and have babies of their own. This special aspect of family medicine is what drew her to join Dr. Reed at Camelback Family Health Care. Her philosophy of patient care meshes well with Camelback Family Health Care. She has firm belief in being an advocate for the patient. She treats the patient as she would want to be treated. That formula and hard work ethics is evident the moment she greets you at the practice.

Michelle recently returned to the valley after 20 years of living in Encinitas California, a small beach community just north of San Diego. She returned to be closer to 2 of her 3 children, her 4 grandchildren, and other members of her family. Her youngest son is in his 3rd year of graduate school at University of California Davis.

Michelle is an avid sports fan, especially football. Unfortunately, her favorite team is the San Diego Chargers. She enjoys music, family travels, and the beach any day, any time!
